Prior to Launch Nissan Releases Teaser Videos

For the 2013 model year Nissan has redesigned the Altima sedan. In anticipation of its debut this April at the New York Auto Show Nissan has released weekly teaser videos showcasing certain elements of its newly redesigned exterior. The sculpted body side surface communicates forward motion and aerodynamics, even while standing still. The new Altima is also designed with forward-thinking innovations, which will bring outstanding fuel economy, premium design, and driver-focused technologies.

BMW Will Debut Numerous New Models

At this year’s New York Auto Show BMW will debut the M6 Convertible and Coupe, back from a two year hiatus, the highly anticipated X1 Sport Activity vehicle, the updated X6 M Sports Activity coupe, and the all-new 6 Series Gran Coupe.

The M6 Convertible and Coupe return more powerful, more athletic, and more luxurious than ever before. The 3rd-generation M6 sports a new 560-horsepower TwinPower V8 engine, capable of moving from 0 to 60 mph in under 4.3 seconds.

The BMW X1 gives a sporty, elegant profile and is the latest BMW to offer the TwinPower Turbo 4-cylinder engine.

The updated BMW X6 M combines the athletic and elegant lines of a coupe with the character of a BMW X model and an outstanding driving experience. The new X6 M receives design updates and innovative features intended to emphasize its wide and track and road-holding prowess.

The BMW 6 Series Gran Coupe, is a 4-door, 4+1 seat addition to the 6 Series line that combines the stunning proportions, design, and driving dynamics of the 6 Series Coupe with interior room and amenities for up to five passengers.

New Crossover to Appear in Subaru’s Lineup

Subaru will be expanding its line of award-winning crossover-type vehicles with the all-new 2013 Subaru XV Crosstrek. The versatilie, fun-to-drive Subaru XV Crosstrek combines a five-door design with an expanded-capability chassis, high fuel economy, and everyday comfort.  The new XV Crosstrek will appear at Subaru dealerships this fall.

Subaru based the new vehicle on the Impreza platform, make significant changes to the chassis and body and configuring interior standard equipment and options specifically for this new model.  All 2013 XV Crosstrek vehicles are built with Subaru’s innovative 2.0-Liter BOXER engine and have all-wheel drive. Though no official fuel economy figures have been released, Subaru projects the 2013 Subaru XV Crosstrek to be the most fuel-efficient all-wheel drive crossover on the market.
