MINI has officially kicked off the MINI Countryman Wanderlust campaign, an initiative that encourages fans to get away from the everyday routine to discover something new and risk an adventure.
“The MINI Countryman embodies the Wanderlust feeling like no other MINI model,” said Jim McDowell, Vice President MINI USA. “And the company is launching this interactive campaign to demonstrate how anyone, not just MINI Marketing, can take part in the fun and express what Wanderlust means to them.”
MINI will host 18 sponsored events around the country and in addition to these MINI fans are invited to submit their own ideas for Wanderlust events. If you turn your idea into a real event you have the chance of winning a 2011 MINI Countryman. Weekly prizes will be awarded also – just upload your idea to www.minispace.com and the idea with the most community votes each week will receive a prize. The most impressive event submitted by fans will be selected by the MINI jury and the winner of the 2011 Countryman will be announced June 6.
