Infiniti has become the first automotive company to provide consumer-generated reviews and ratings for its products on its website. Infiniti recognizes that others’ recommendations, as well as the ability to search online for vehicle information, have a major influence in your decision to purchase a new car.
Visitors to the Infiniti website can read thousands of reviews from Infiniti owners on seven different vehicles. Soon Infiniti will allow owners to submit reviews directly to the site.
“The Infiniti ownership experience extends well beyond the driving experience of our owners and into their lifestyle, which includes peer-to-peer and social media channels,” said Ben Poore, vice president, Infiniti Business Unit. “We know that our current owners are our best advocates.”
Also look for Infiniti on social media channels such as Facebook, where fans can participate in exclusive content, such as special new vehicle launch driving programs for the 2011 Infiniti M and 2011 Infiniti QX.
