It’s clear that Toyota’s loyal customers are here to stay. And, now, Toyota is poised to gain even more customers as it tops the list of America’s Best Car Brands, as reported by Forbes.com.
Despite the automaker's earlier recall woes, Toyota was able to maintain high levels of customer loyalty and positive perception, allowing it to rank among Ford, Honda, and Chevrolet in the best-loved car brands in the U.S.
This news comes on the heels of other automotive industry accolades. Toyota vehicles have remained in the top of the Total Quality Index for 2010 New Vehicles, and the Toyota Camry has remained one of the best-selling cars in the country.

Forbes rankings take into account a number of factors, including ratings from Consumer Reports, who rated each brand based on safety, quality, value, performance, design/style, technology/innovation and environmental friendliness. They found that consumers care most about safety, quality, value, performance and environmental kindness, in that order.
