Dealerships for these automakers ranked consistently high with women customers who were very satisfied with their engagement and treatment by the sales person, the financing process, and their overall dealership experience.
For women consumers who shopped for a vehicle at a dealership but did not purchase that day, the Top Auto Brands report showed that Mercedes-Benz, Mazda, Nissan, Kia, and Jeep® dealerships are providing the best “browsing” experience.
Acura, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Honda, and Chrysler dealerships are providing the best “service after the sale,” based on factors such as ease of appointment scheduling, customer service and respect, and consistency between the estimate and final repair cost.
Moreover, the Top Auto Brands report showed that Mercedes-Benz, Jeep, Lexus, BMW, and Chrysler dealerships are providing women customers with the most satisfying experience overall.
