Top cars excel in quality, value, and customer delight
As 2011 cars begin to roll into showrooms, 2010 new vehicles are being recognized with a series of accolades and awards. The latest awards are from Strategic Vision Inc., who has released the results of its 2010 Total Quality Index® (TQI) that asks buyers to rate all aspects of the ownership experience from buying and owning to performance and driving.
According to Strategic Vision, for an automaker to earn a top spot in the TQI and secure a customers’ commitment, advocacy, and loyalty to the brand, the car manufacturer must deliver the aspects that customers’ truly desire in a car within a vehicle that has acceptable levels of basic quality. And, by doing this, the automaker is more likely to be rewarded with high performing sales.
